School is often one of the many things in a teenagers life that feels like it requires way to much effort. Especially when studying is involved. However, what if there was a fun alternative to studying that didn't require you to flip through the pages of your history book, or even made you really want to. Well guess what there is, There's and Anime/Manga called Hetalia; where every country is depicted as a character (Even though each character is a country and their country name is usually used when talking to each other, they do each have names). The main storyline of the Anime revolves around World War II, but most of the Manga takes place during other historical events, modern holidays, or nothing specific. The series uses satire and comedy to reinterpret well-known events and less commonly known historical and cultural trivia. Through the series you'll learn about historical, political, economic, and military interaction between countries through the characters in social and romantic interactions and misunderstandings. In other words it's a great source of fun and learning combined, and believe it or not I actually watch it to help my self study. So I just thought that maybe you would want to give it a try too.
Below is a picture of some of the character with their flags to define which country they are.
